Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the exceptional quality of Fellers Ranch Wagyu.
Limited to just 18 guests, this experience begins with a welcome cocktail and passed canapés beneath the glow of our art deco dining room before moving into a private dining space for dinner.
The evening showcases Fellers Ranch Wagyu in multiple expressions. To start, Wagyu Carpaccio with forbidden rice, sudachi ponzu, and shiso is followed by a Heritage Pork Dumpling in aromatic bouillon. For the main course, enjoy Wagyu New York striploin accompanied by garbanzo korokke, black garlic, and yu choi. The experience concludes with Persimmon Cheesecake featuring a tallow-graham cracker crust.
Each course will feature a cocktail, whiskey, or wine pairing.
